Welcome to MIDES TRAVEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between MIDES TRAVEL, a travel and tourism
entity licensed in Dubai, UAE, and the person(s) booking travel services ("the Client," "you,"
or "your"). By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY
1.1. You must be at least 21 years of age to make a valid booking under UAE law.
1.2. The person making the booking guarantees they have the authority to accept these conditions
on behalf of all members of their party.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
2.1. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit
or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
2.2. Dynamic Pricing: Airfares and hotel rates are subject to change until full payment is
received. We recommend immediate payment to secure quoted prices.
2.3. Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other
approved electronic methods. Please note that multiple transactions may result in multiple
postings to your card statement.
3. VISA AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
3.1. Client Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold
a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of return) and the necessary visas.
3.2. UAE Visa Services: While MIDES TRAVEL provides assistance for UAE Tourist Visas (14, 30,
or 60 days), the final decision rests with the UAE immigration authorities. We accept no
liability for visa rejections or delays.
3.3. Inbound Requirements: Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination,
and customs regulations of the destination.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1. Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees apply based on
the proximity to the departure date and the policies of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
4.2. Land Services: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service (hotels,
transfers, tours) typically incur a 100% charge.
4.3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain promotional fares or peak-season bookings may be non-refundable.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
5.1. Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance
covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.
5.2. Liability: MIDES TRAVEL is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the
absence of adequate insurance coverage.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results
from "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes,
government restrictions, or pandemics.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. MIDES TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers (airlines,
hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for the acts, errors, or negligence of these
independent suppliers.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for
the specific service in question.
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Initial Report: Any issues during travel must be reported immediately to our local representative
or office to allow us the opportunity to resolve them on the spot.
8.2. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal
Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.3. Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
or the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) complaint committee.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1. We collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your travel
requirements in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Data Protection laws.
